Fees Refund Policy

At WD Academy, we strive to maintain transparency in our fee refund process. Below are the guidelines regarding refunds for various fees:

  1. Tuition Fees
    The tuition fee will be non-refundable under any circumstances once the registration is completed.
  2. Special Cases
  • If a course is cancelled by the institution, 100% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
  • Refund requests for students facing exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, will only be considered before the course start date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the management.
  1. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Admissions Office or via email at . The request should include:

  • Student’s full name
  • Enrolment number
  • Program name
  • Reason for withdrawal/refund
  • Relevant supporting documents (if applicable)
  1. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.

  1. Bank Charges and Deductions

Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  1. No Refund for Misconduct

Students dismissed from the institution due to disciplinary actions or misconduct are not eligible for any refund.
